Our top priority is customer service. Our goal is to sell a quality product at a fair price with fair shipping charges.
Our Products
We have found quality products produced by topnotch manufacturers who take pride in the products they sell. We do guarantee our products and will work as the middle man with the manufacturers to make sure you get a quality product. We do insist we receive notice of any defects or problems within a week’s time of receiving the product. We will work with manufacturers to replace problem parts in the case of the furniture items. Please know our aim is to please you.
Shipping
We are constantly working to provide the best shipping service at the most reasonable prices. We try to NEVER up charge our shipping charges; it is VERY expensive to ship larger furniture items. When we pick shipping services, we also have to keep in mind the safety of the product which can cost more, but it is nice to receive the items intact and not have to wait for replacement parts. Part of the cost can be a better quality of service.
We will send all products insured for damage that might happen in transit. Please know when we send the products we make sure the products are in good condition. We will work with customers and file damage claims and replace broken or damaged parts as needed. Our goal is to ship the replacement parts ASAP. In order to fulfill this commitment, we must have the customer check over the boxes at the time of delivery and give notice of any damage to the boxes with the driver at the time of delivery. We must also ask that we will be notified of any damage claims or problems within 5 business days of delivery of the item.

Customer service is our top priority! We know we would not be in business without our customers. We are anxious to help you with any questions or problems and try to make ourselves available for contact with solutions. Please know we are anxious to please you and solve any problems that might arise within reason. We must have limitations including days off and hope you will be patient with us when responses might be slower.
