How long does it take to recieve my order? TOP
Up to 3 weeks. The lettering and spacing is crooked on my hand stamped piece, is this normal? TOP
Yes! That is the charm of owning a hand stamped piece of jewelry. Because each letter is stamped into the metal by hand, the letters may not line up correctly or the spacing could be off. You may also notice slight scratches or indents in the metal from the stamp itself. How is the jewelry wrapped? TOP
All orders will include a black organza bag with a business card. However, you may purchase a box embellished with a black bow for an additional charge. Do I care for the copper or gold pieces differently versus the silver pieces? TOP
I recommend that you clean all of the sterling pieces with a sterling silver jewelry cleaner, which can be purchased at any local department store. If you have a piece that contains copper or gold, I recommend using TARN X. This is a cleaner that cleans ALL metals. Just dip it, rinse and dry. Beautiful every time! Copper will tarnish MUCH quicker than sterling or gold filled. What is your return/refund policy? TOP
We do not offer returns or refunds on any of the hand stamped pieces because they are all custom made for you. Crooked lettering, spacing or scratches and indents in the metal are all part of the charm of this type of jewelry and it is NOT considered a defect. The only time a refund or exchange will be made is if there was a spelling error or design error made on the piece. Please contact us if this is the case.
Refunds and exchanges are available for any purchases made out of the Extended Sterling Silver Catalog. Refunds and exchanges MUST be made within 30 days of purchase for these items. |
