We do not offer returns or exchanges on any hand-stamped piece that you purchase from us due to it being personalized.  All of the jewelry is stamped by hand and there will be variations in the spacing and lining up of the letters, words, etc. as well as minor indents and/or scratches due to the hammering.  This in NOT a flaw and is considered part of the charm of owning a hand stamped piece.

We do, however, offer returns or exchanges on any piece purchased out of the EXTENDED STERLING SILVER CATALOG.  The return or exchange must be made within 14 days.  Please contact us for instructions on how to return the product.

 

The only time a refund or exchange is allowed on the hand-stamped collection is if we made a mistake on our part, such as with the spelling or design.
